As our Student Athlete Summer Camp wraps up, we’re preparing to have some of these awesome high school athletes join our classes. In order to facilitate this process, we’ve come up with some guidelines for how kids and teens can move into our classes:

Kids 8-12 are invited to join our Kids’ Class, offered on Wednesdays at 4:15p and Saturdays at 9a.

Teens 13-16 may attend our “normal” CrossFit classes with a parent. We strongly encourage these teens to attend our Beginner Classes, which are now offered at 6a, 4:30p, and 6:30p on weekdays, and 7:30a on Saturdays. Teens in this age range may be required to attend the Beginner Classes at the discretion of our coaching staff.

Teens 17-18 may attend our Beginner Classes without a parent present, or our regular classes with a parent. Teens in this age range may attend regular classes without a parent if and only if they are approved to do so by a coach beforehand.

Once an individual is 18 years old and out of high school, he or she may attend any of our classes, as any adult would.

If you have any questions, ask a coach or email us: info@crossfitmanatee.com
